#16 Jolly kaklo

The word ‘jolly’ means lover. So jolly kaklo simply means lover kaklo. I’m the name is because of the sweetness. (My opinion)

This is made from ripen plantain. Mashed and mixed with some spicy sauce and deep fried. This is the whole nation’s delicacy. The perfect blend of the hotly fried, the spice, and the sugar makes it heavenly. I enjoy this better when its warm but most people like it hot.
